Such a refreshing taste. It feels very calming and soothing to drink, especially in the morning or evening. After drinking it consistently, I felt more relaxed, refreshed, and balanced. It’s become a lovely little self-care ritual that I truly enjoy.

I’ve tried making my own herbal tea blends in the past but was never able to get the taste quite right. After trying these sachets I don’t think I can go back! The sachets make it so easy to just pop into a kettle and brew. The taste is a delicious blend of warm and sweet. It’s so soothing and hydrating, the perfect thing to drink before getting ready for bed.
