30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee โ First Orders
We know trying something new takes a leap of faith, and we appreciate yours. If you're not completely happy with your first Lumei purchase, you can request a refund of the product cost โ no stress, no hassle โ within 30 days of your confirmed delivery date.
While you won't need to send the product back to us for eligible returns, we'd just love to hear a little about your experience so we can keep getting better. And feel free to pass the remaining packets along to a friend who might love them.
This policy covers one pouch of Radiance Brew per customer on your first order.
Radiance Brew โ Returning Customers
We're so glad you came back. For orders after your first, we're happy to accept returns on unopened, sealed pouches within 30 days of delivery. Because Radiance Brew is a consumable food product, we're unable to accept opened pouches.
Just reach out to us at hello@lumeiwellness.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and your refund will be processed once we receive the unopened pouch.
Lumei Health Pot
Arrived damaged or not working? Please reach out within 30 days of delivery with a short video showing the issue and we'll take care of you right away โ whether that's a replacement or a full refund.
Unopened and had a change of heart? No worries. We accept returns on unused Health Pots in their original packaging within 30 days. Just note that return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and the original shipping cost isn't included in the refund.
Already used? Because appliances that have been used can't be resold, we're unable to accept returns in this case โ but if something isn't working right, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.
Beauty Kit (Bundle)
Each piece of the Beauty Kit is covered by its own policy above, so you'll never have to return the whole bundle if only one item is affected. Just let us know what's going on and we'll sort it out.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We're so sorry if something arrived less than perfect. Please email hello@lumeiwellness.com within 15 days of delivery with a photo or short video, and we'll walk you through the replacement or refund process.
Subscriptions
Your subscription should always feel easy and flexible. You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time through your account portal. Just make sure any changes are submitted before your next scheduled billing date โ once an order moves into fulfillment, we're unable to modify or cancel it for that cycle. Any updates will take effect on your next billing cycle.
What's Not Covered
We want to be upfront so there are no surprises:
- Opened Radiance Brew pouches (outside of the first-order guarantee)
- Health Pots that have been used
- Orders placed through third-party retailers โ please contact your point of purchase
- Sale or discounted items
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
How Refunds Work
Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days. Processing times can vary a little depending on your bank or card provider.
