We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time. We are not responsible for typographical errors in product descriptions or pricing.
4. Orders and Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
5. Subscriptions
Subscription orders are charged automatically at your selected billing interval. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting us at hello@lumeiwellness.com. Changes must be made before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for that cycle. Once an order enters fulfillment, it cannot be modified or cancelled for that cycle.
6. Shipping
We ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our return and refund policy is available at lumeiwellness.com/pages/returns. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs, and branding — is the property of Creatively Linda Ventures LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
